In 2024, the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2024, from 4:00-5:00 pm, MST, at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown in Phoenix, AZ.

At this meeting, 2023 President Marc Le Vier will report on the State of the Society including its activities, concerns, and financial condition. Marc Herpfer will be installed as the 2024 SME President and, upon election by the membership entitled to vote, the following new directors shall take office:
