In 2025, the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 4:00-5:00 pm, Mountain Time, immediately following the SME Board Meeting at the Hyatt Downtown Denver Convention Center Hotel in Denver, Colorado.

At this meeting, 2024 President Marc Herpfer will report on the State of the Society including its activities, concerns, and financial condition. Bill Hancock will be installed as the 2025 SME President and, upon election by the membership entitled to vote, the following new directors shall take office:
